引っ越しを目前に控え、段ボールと格闘する日々が続いております。

そんな中、インドにいる小生の家族（小生の事を家族の一員と言ってくれる）からメールが届き、返事をしたところ・・・

we got your mail and were very happy to see it .
we really were in tears to see your mail.
we pray that everything regarding your case gets settle.

this internet facility is at our home now.so you can send your mail anytime and we will answre it almost immediately..

the other day she was saying that she has not seen your wife…and wishes to send her a gift…
that could be an indian dress or whatsoever but we dont know what she likes and neither we know how she looks.
you never cared to send even a wedding picture of yours.

小生は8年ほど前にインドを放浪したことがあり、そこで知り合ったインド人の家族の家にひょんな事から2週間ほど何の見返りもなく泊めてもらい、そこの子供に数学を教えたり、近所の人達の包丁を研ぎながら楽しく滞在しておりました。生活していくうちに「motomichiは今まで知り合った日本人とは全てにおいて異なっている、そして嘘をつくことなく私達と接し〜」と言われ、そこから交流が今も続いているのです。
何もかも異なる異国の地に住む人が、小生を本当の家族のように思い接してくれる・・・
上記メールをもらったときは、涙が出ました。
電話したところ、ヒンドゥー教の最高指導者（彼に面会を許された日本人は小生が初めて）も「motomichiに逢いたい」と言ってくれているそうで・・・
旅費が・・・頑張って稼がなければ＾＾；；
